MEET THE YOUNG CEO STUDYING IN CANADA FROM CONGO ‘ALLIANCE KINDJA’ AND CEO KINDJA COLLEC

INTRODUCTION

My name is Alliance Kindja Bahati, am from Congo Bukavu but grew up in Uganda, Kampala,  was born on the 21th of Febuaray 1998 , Am the 7th child out of 8 children in my family. I attended bright angels primary school in Uganda in a town called Muyonyo. I didnt attend secondary school back home because I and my family came to Canada when I finished  primary school.

HOW YOUR JOURNEY TO CANADA STARTED AND THE YEAR YOU MOVED?

Well, we were refugees in Uganda for 11years due to the war that was happening in Congo, My Dad wanted us safe so we moved to Canada in 2012 December 14th and now am a permanent residents in Canada.

WHAT SCHOOL ARE YOU CURRENTLY IN AND WHAT COURSE YOU STUDYING?

Am currently at the University of Manitoba Winnipeg Canada studying social works

WHAT YOU DO APART FROM STUDYING?

I currently work in a clothing store and i own my clothing line business called Kindja Collection which am planning on lunching in October this year and i also model for a clothing line called Ankaraloving

HAVE YOU BEING TO NIGERIA BEFORE?

No i haven’t, but i have Nigerians has friends over here, Nigerians are nice people and i so much love their delicious jollof rice.

SO WHAT ADVICE CAN YOU GIVE TO AFRICANS COMING TO STUDY THERE?

The best advice i can give to anyone is to stay focus, know what brought you here and make something out of it.
